These characteristics were measured live by me with one hand each on the controller, the nunchuck, the stopwatch and the clipboard. The other was tied behind my back. The measurements were all made on the baseline aircraft in level flight. Modifications can change the performance significantly. For example, the stability augmentation mod to the Seiei will cut over 100kph off its speed.

No information is available on aircraft combat radii, but all can presumably fly the Rudakai mission – 820km radius with 15min of low altitude combat.
